About

We build for the operation, not the org chart above it.

Sparke Global Technologies is a technology company built inside transport, logistics and construction. We start on the desk and the floor, put the system in while the work keeps running, and leave it as something the company keeps using after we go.

Mission

Give operators the system a generic platform was never going to build for them.

Most software sold into logistics and construction is built for the industry from a distance: generic enough to sell everywhere, specific enough to satisfy no one. We start from the inside instead, from the desk, the yard, and the site, and build the system for how the job actually runs there.

What we believe

The floor knows more than the diagram.

Anyone can model an operation from a requirements document. The difference is being close enough to see what the document leaves out, and building for that instead.

How we work

Start on site. Ship into a live job. Leave it running.

Nothing we build gets the luxury of a quiet launch. It goes in while the work continues, and it stays after we are gone, on the company’s own terms.

Four things that do not change.

01

We start where the work happens

Engagements begin on the floor, not in a workshop, watching how a job actually moves, what gets written down, and what only lives in someone's head.

02

The commercial logic comes first

Rates, allowances, increments and minimums are the part most software treats as configuration. We treat them as the thing being built.

03

It ships into a live operation

Systems go in while the work continues around them. Nothing we build gets the luxury of a quiet launch, so it is designed for the opposite.

04

The system stays theirs

Their network, their data, their terms. When the engagement ends, the system does not need us in the room to keep running.

Bring us an operation that is about to change.

If you run a transport, logistics or construction company and the software you were sold does not hold what the job actually needs, that is the conversation we want to have.
